Description:
Near the Pier Development Center is dedicated to the development of young minds. Servicing children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years old, our principle goal is to produce highly esteemed and educated students to grow into life-long learners. By providing a liberal academic program with essential extracurricular activities for educational enhancement, the children explore and discover freely. A safe, sanitized environment, and an array of age-appropriate materials presented with developmentally appropriate practices, are the frame-works that ensure a child's proper development. As a convenience we offer curbside care which parents love especially during inclement weather. As an additional comfort, we have web-cam – which allows parents to view their child via any internet browser.
Since pre-school is a child's first formal impression of education, it is our aim to make that impression a positive one that propels students to higher educational plateaus. Included in our curriculum for every age level: Spanish, Japanese, Pre-Fit (pre-school gym), computer classes and a challenging curriculum. Our after-care program includes monthly themes (Shakespeare, Impressionist artist, Marine life, Dinosaurs, etc.) homework tutorial, computers, knitting, crochet, lanyard. Further, during Spring break, Christmas break, and supplemental holidays we have special trips and activities planned. This also applies during our

Safe, nurturing environment offering Infant Yoga, Tummy Time Class, Spanish/Japanese via audio and visual learning. Programs adapted to fit your child's natural rhythm for feeding and sleeping.
SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM BEGINS IN JUNE breakfast and a snack daily - field trips daily (sports, skating, movies, kiddieland, Odyssey Fun World and more - safe fun environment for children up to 12 years old.
