Building Blocks is passionate about the need to assist children in their early childhood development with a stable, enriching and loving environment. The overall goal of our approach is to instill a “love for learning” in each child.

At Building Blocks, our belief is that children learn through hands-on experiences that allow them to explore, manipulate and create. Play offers children the opportunity to explore new ideas, practice making choices, feel competent and in control, interact with others and fine tune new skills. Activities that are based around the creative arts (music, art and drama) contribute to the physical, social, emotional, intellectual and creative development of the child. The creative arts play a vital role in the development of the whole child. We believe in a Plan for Learning and a creative curriculum to stimulate a child’s curiosity and natural love of learning and exploring. Building Blocks provides an environment that is positive, loving, nurturing, stimulating and fun!
We are a licenced by the State of Michigan. We offer home made Meals and Snacks ~Infant stimulation & development ~Toilet training ~Language development and self-reliance curriculum ~ Summer Camp. First aid, Infant CPR, Adult CPR Certified. FIA accepted. .
